Covers material defects such as broken stretch, faulty clasps, or stone dislodgement.
1-Year Repair PolicyRepairs are available for up to one year. Fees and shipping apply.
What is not covered?
Normal wear and tear, tarnish from chemicals or moisture, lost items, and third-party alterations.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub your jewelry with the polishing cloth to restore shine. Do not wash the cloth, as this will reduce its effectiveness.
Do you create custom pieces?
We are not offering custom pieces at this time.

All wholesale orders ship from our Las Vegas studio.
