Insured Shipments & Risk of Loss
All shipments are insured while in transit.
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dee Berkley Jewelry is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.

Incorrect Shipping Information
